Hummus is pretty delicious with everything!! I have it on anything toast, crackers, outta bread, as a side with a salad, with raw veggies as a snack, with falafels, in jacket sweet jacket potatoes or simply just off the spoon you know those time when you looking for anyswer in the fridge!!

In addition to being super delicious chickpeas which are the main ingredient of hummus are a good source of protein and fibre, they are also high in iron, folate, phosphorus and B vitamins!

Hummus is one of my all time favourite snacks! You can mix up the flavour by adding in sundries tomatoes, or roasted aubergine or actually anything! Roasted red pepper hummus is one of my favourites, to add in flavours literally just add in a cup of whatever it is you fancy and blend!! Easy peasy.
